A Yorkshire Oak Church Table
Crafted in the Yorkshire Oak style epitomised by Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson, and reputed to have been recently removed from St Nicholas' Cathedral in Newcastle, this table is very well made out of solid, dark oak. It has carved, rope-twist decoration along the front, shaped uprights, visible pegs and a dished, sloping top. It would serve very well as a hall table, book shelf or radiator cover.
We have a second identical table available.
It measures 165cm wide, 85.5cm high and 23cm deep.
It is in very good and original condition.
It is available to view in our Nottingham shop (please phone to make sure it is on display) or delivery can be arranged.
